1 For a model with a Serial Number, only the Serial Number is required to be entered. The serial number is 15 alpha-numeric (letters and numbers) digits. Since not all products have a Serial Number, the Model Number and 5 digit Run Number of the product are required instead of the Serial Number in those cases.
